Public Bus That Connects To R&F Mall Johor Bahru

Shoppers and tourists who want to visit the iconic R&F Johor Bahru Shopping Center right in the heart of JB City Center will not be a hassle anymore as this destination is now accessible by public transport.

With the ongoing MCO status in Johor, traveling is still controlled followed by other SOPs released by the government.  Despite that, this travel guide can be a good reference for fellas out there who would be needing public transport.

We found out that Causeway Link the yellow bus is the service provider for this route. The service has started at the end part of July 2020. New routes may have been updated. Please check out the updates on the routing at the service provider website.

  • S1: JB Sentral  - R&F Mall - Plaza Pelangi - Holiday Plaza Mall - KSL City - JB Sentral
  • MV2: JB Sentral - R&F Mall - Mid Valley Southkey - Istana Pelangi - Flat Stulang Laut - Menara Cyberport - Berjaya Waterfront - Foon Yew High School - JB Sentral
  • LM1: JB Sentral - R&F Mall - Gelang Patah - Legoland -Puteri Harbour - Larkin Sentral  - JB Sentral

The new route had been in effect since July 16, 2020. Causeway Link S1 started the operation followed by the Causeway Link MV2 and LM1 once those services are back to operation.

“We are happy and welcome the launch of these three routes.” said Richard Hu, Chairman of R&F Group Malaysia, “We believe this partnership with Causeway Link will not only benefit the locals but also help in boosting the tourism industry in Johor, be it to domestic tourists or internationals.”

All bus information is available at the bus stop of R&F mall including to the website and social media platforms of Causeway Link and R&F Shopping Mall.

Causeway Link and R&F Mall has also announced that R&F shopping vouchers will be available to be given to the public following the mechanism set by both parties. one example released is this:


On the other hand, the commuting public are also advised to be geared with a face mask as well as reminded with social distancing when taking public transport and going to public places as part of the new normal due to the impact of the Covid19 pandemic.
