Westin Desaru Coast Resort is offering an exciting promotion for everyone to experience an authentic taste of Bali. This promotion, aptly named "Taste of Bali," will take place at the resort's exquisite dining venue, Seasonal Tastes, from 5 to 18 June 2023.

Those looking to immerse themselves in Balinese cuisine can enjoy a range of delicacies that are sure to tantalize the taste buds. From delicious seafood dishes to aromatic curries, the menu at Seasonal Tastes is a testament to the rich culinary heritage of Bali.

Throughout his career, Chef Rama has developed a signature style that blends classic techniques with modern flavors, creating dishes that are both familiar and innovative.

Diners will be treated to a wide array of Balinese dishes with three menus on rotation daily. Orders of the day include Beef Rendang – Angus, Lawar Klungah, Nasi Kuning Uluwatu, Ayam Betutu, Sapi Bumbu Bali, Karee Ayam Bali, Tempe Bacem, Nyat-Nyat and Lak Lak.

Meanwhile, Seasonal Tastes accommodates 120 diners, with outdoor seating for an additional 36 diners. The restaurant also has a semi-private dining room for 10 people, the perfect setting for small private events. Seasonal Tastes highlight the best of Malaysian, regional, and international fare. The all-day dining restaurant features live-action stations for diners to watch their orders being prepared for them. Diners can also look forward to a featured selection from Westin’s Signature Eat Well Program – part of the brand’s Six Pillars of Wellbeing.

A signature a la carte menu is also available daily for lunch between 12 noon to 2.30 pm, with buffet dinner served from 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm at MYR168nett/adult and MYR84nett/child.
