Today, I am super excited to take you on a journey with me as we explore together with Mr. Shaerib Ab Karim, the restaurant Manager of Capri by Fraser, Johor Bahru/ Malaysia on their delectable Weekend Buffet-licious Dinner at Caprilicious of Capri by Fraser in Johor Bahru.
Their weekend buffet offers delicious shawarma that is made with tender chicken, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and a tangy garlic sauce. This dish is perfect for anyone who loves Middle Eastern cuisine
They also have their Mee curry live-action stall allowing
guests to watch as their amazing chef prepares their meal with their own
culinary techniques.
Since I have my kids with me, I went to the hotel’s dedicated kids' meals section which typically includes a variety of dishes that are kid-friendly, nutritious, and enjoyable for young diners. The kid's meal section may chicken nuggets, Tortilla chips, fried rice, and other biscuits that surely love by your little ones.
The hotel understands that kids have different preferences
when it comes to food, and they try to cater to those preferences by offering a

Indeed, the buffet-licious dinner is truly a gastronomic

Part of their buffet is also their Ais Batu Campur, or ABC for short. This dessert is a popular Malaysian shaved ice dessert that typically consists of shaved ice, sweetened syrups, and various toppings such as red beans, corn, and jelly.
Satay, on the other hand, is a popular Southeast Asian dish that is traditionally made with skewered chunks of meat that are grilled over an open flame. The meat is usually marinated in a mixture of spices and herbs, which gives it a delicious flavor.

Moving on to the main course, the live cooking stations were a treat to watch. The chefs were extremely skilled and cooked the food to perfection. The Indian section was a personal favorite of mine, and the chicken biryani was one of the best I've had in a while.
