We are so lucky to have a session with Chef Hairi, to understand more about their buffet line up for their Seafood Feast Buffet Dinner that will be available every Fridays and Saturday.

As Chef Hairi says, we ordered these seafood items for us to try. We can say that this dining establishment strives to provide a pleasant and satisfying culinary experience for its guests.

I can say that if you happen to get here, you have to be ready to dive into a tantalizing array of seafood delicacies inside this Amaya Food Gallery of the Hotel. You can embark on a culinary journey at this seafood extravaganza in Johor Bahru and explore a bountiful selection of ocean delights that will leave you craving for more.

 

Folks, aside from these seafood items, we also checked out a few of their hot dishes and main courses which we can also say is an integral part of their buffet spread. The hotel is offering a wide variety of options to satisfy different tastes and preferences.

To name some, we have spotted this delicious and aromatic Kashmiri Briyani rice that originates from the Kashmir region of India. It is a specialty of Kashmiri cuisine and is known for its rich flavors and vibrant colors.

This is their version of Madras Chicken Curry which has distinct flavors and culinary traditions from Tamil Nadu.

Meanwhile, we also ordered some of their fresh seafood for grilling as well as their fresh oysters. Folks, Oysters are a popular and sought-after item often found in seafood buffet dinners. These oysters are grilled on the spot by their amazing culinary team to help bring out a unique flavor and texture. By the way, Oysters can be enjoyed as raw as well.

 

On the desserts side, we spotted a few selections such as this crème brulee, apple delight cupcakes, Oreo tiramisu pudding, Italian tiramisu, vanilla panacotta, serawa durian, seafood pie Burrito, and many more.
