Held at the Gleneagles Terrace, the Buffet Ala Bazar concept is designed to recreate the lively charm of a Ramadan bazaar while elevating the experience with quality ingredients, organised stations, and attentive service.
From the moment diners step in, they are welcomed by a colourful display of fresh ulam-ulaman and assorted appetisers a refreshing start before diving into the heavier selections.
The live barbecue station is one of the main highlights. The aroma of freshly grilled items fills the air as the team prepares chicken sausages and a variety of barbecue meats on the spot. Right beside it, the carving station features their well-marinated roasted kambing golek tender, flavourful, and expertly prepared.

One of the standout attractions is the live seafood frying station, where diners can enjoy freshly fried squid, crab, soft shell crab and more — prepared hot and crispy. This station was specially highlighted by the Head Chef, Chef Tom, during our preview.

The Murtabak station is another crowd-pleaser, prepared fresh on the spot by a dedicated team. Nearby, diners can explore the Selera Kawah Di Pulai section, featuring hearty dishes like Sup Tulang Merah and Spicy Butter Clams, paired with fried mantou and sliced baguette.

For rice lovers, the Dapur Biryani Gam Johor Ala Pulai offers comforting selections including Ayam Masak Ros, Daging Biryani, Kambing Kuzi, Acar Buah, and Papadom. The Nasi Padang Ala Pulai section introduces something unique crispy cow skin served alongside crackers, adding a distinctive local touch rarely seen in hotel buffets.
The Sup Power Gearbox station is another signature highlight, offering rich, flavourful sup berempah with lamb gearbox, beef, chicken, tripe, oxtail and tendon served with assorted bread, ketupat nasi and sambal kicap.

Adding an international twist, the Seoul Station showcases Korean favourites such as spicy fried chicken, soy garlic fried chicken, and cheesy tteokbokki topped with sesame seeds and kimchi.
