With this ongoing Ramadan Season, SDS Bakery & Café showcase their own Ramadan meals and cookies this year.

Dubbed as Raya Bersama-sama, Mr. Lee Ling Sen, Marketing Manager of SDS mentioned that their theme this year was in line with the opening of the border after having been affected by the pandemic for more than 2 years.

The theme highlights togetherness among every family, especially for those who have been affected due to the travel restrictions following the SOPs by the government to minimize the possible spread of Covid-19 in the community.

4 SDS RAYA MEALS

This year, SDS has launched their four lip-smacking dishes completed with local favorite, “Tomato Rice”, believed to fill your tummy with the greatest satisfaction. Check out their mouth-watering spicy stir-fried squid menu called “Sambal Sotong” which is available at RM18.90 nett.

Second, they have their “Rempah Chicken Chop” for Chicken lovers out there. This is a chicken chop marinated with their own secret recipe that has a resemblance to the taste of “Otak-Otak”. The set is available at RM22.90 nett.

Third, they have their Crispy “Ayam Kunyit” at RM18.90 nett and the fourth one is their  “Beef Rendang” at RM23.90 nett.

Each Raya main dish is served with crispy “Keropok”, “Tomato Rice”, “Fried-Boiled Egg”, “Achar”, and “Sambal Potato”. SDS customers can also choose to add-on snacks such as “Pandan Chicken”, “Tempura Chicken Nugget”, and “Curry Puff” which are available from RM8.90 nett only.

Don’t forget to complete the scrumptious Ramadan meal with refreshing notes add on to the dish. Cool beverages including “Soya Brown Sugar Bandung Cincau” and “Soya Brown Sugar Pandan Cincau” are available for add-on at RM6.90 nett with an order of any Ramadan meal, and RM7.90 nett and RM8.90 nett for a-la-carte respectively.

SDS RAYA COOKIES

According to Mr. Lee, there are seven selections of Raya cookies to be out by SDS this year. Their Raya cookies are available from RM20.80 to RM33.80.

Check out their Raya “Nyonya Pineapple Cookies”.It has classical buttery goodness and sweet-sour filling that excites our Raya snacking moments.

“Almond and Seeds Crisp”, “Peanut Cookies”, “Melting Almond Cookies”, and “Chocolate Cookies” are also available in graceful Raya theme can. In addition to the cravings, three new flavours of cookies, including “Prawn Cracker Roll”, “Sugee Cookies”, and “Almond London Cookies” are also prepared to rock your Raya celebration.

Besides cookies, traditional “Kuih Lapis” introduced by SDS, which are the original, prune, and pandan is also ready to fill your guilty pleasure. Available in two sizes, standard and royal, “Kuih Lapis” are on sale from RM38.80 to RM75.80.

SDS HAMPERS

SDS group has also come up with four selections of hampers for this Raya. The hampers are furnished with crumbly cookies and wrapped in a pleasant looking Raya packaging. It ranges from RM88 to RM258.

Check out their “Lebaran Hamper” which remains the luxury choice for SDS customers and is wrapped with “Nyonya Pineapple Cookies”, “Almond and Seeds Crisp”, “Peanut Cookies”, “Almond Chocolate Cookies”, “Chocolate Cookies”, “4 in 1 Cookies Set”, chocolate, bottled prune extract, and Kurma is up for grabs at RM258 only. EXPECTED ACTIVITIES FOR RAYA 2022

On the otherhand,  Mr. Lee also mentioned that “In accordance with the joyous ambiance of Raya festive, we have outlined a series of online and offline activities adhere to standard SOP, aim to cheer up our customers.”
