With this, Johor State Government provided a free shuttle bus service for the commuters to take to and from Bangunan Sultan Iskandar CIQ Complex (First Link) from yesterday (April 22, 2022) until April 30, 2022.

The route is provided by Causeway Link, a Malaysian-based cross-border bus service. The route will be to and from JB Sentral, BSI (CIQ), and Jalan Abdul Razak. The operation of the service is from 10 AM  until 12 midnight with approximately 10-15 minutes bus frequency. 

 

Meanwhile, passengers are required to check their necessary documents when traveling the causeway. The public is advised to check the latest information from the authorities on those necessary documents that need to be prepared to avoid any delays during the cross-border journey.
