Being a guest, I am able to experience their sumptuous buffet dinner with over 100 delicacies displayed at The Mesh Restaurant during their buffet preview.

 

Get yourself in love with their traditional and localized starters as they used local ingredients to showcase a wide array of Kerabu and other westernized salad varieties. 

Don’t missed out their kerabu daging, kerabu betik muda, kerabu goreng nanas as well as kerabu Ikan bilis. Every bite is really mouth-watering with a taste of sourish yet flavorful starters to start your buffet dinner.  

Live cooking sections such as Arabic station, hot tandoor station, and noodle station are also available to enjoy their delicacies. 

Ms. Maressa Esa, the Marketing and Communication Manager of Four Points By Sheraton Desaru, also mentioned that other selections include their all-year-round seafood-on-ice, local salad bar, and their traditional sweet section showcasing international and traditional Malay kuihs that will be loved by every diner.

Other highlighted Malay dishes include ayam percik, otak-otak, satay, smoked Angus brisket and lamb shoulder. They also showcased their Arabic-inspired lamb carve served with Arabic rice, couscous, tabouleh, and yogurt prepared with The Mesh secret recipes.

 

The buffet sweet and dessert section highlights fresh pastries. You can grab chocolate cherry pudding, chocolate brownies, melon mousse slice, cheesecakes together with various traditional kuihs as you continue chit-chatting with your family and friends.

 

Their Selera Warisan Buffet Dinner is from 7^th April until 2^nd May 2022  from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. They offer early bird promotion between 3^rd march to 6^th April 2022 for RM88 nett per adult while RM44 nett per child and / or senior citizen.
