Let me share with you some simple recipes you might wanna try at home:

A.     Using Karashi Bilis

Fluppy Omelette 

Ingredients
  • 3 pcs of eggs
  • 2 tbs Karashi Bilis
  • Salt
  • Paper
  • Butter
How to cook
  • Beat the eggs for two minutes until it is fluppy
  • Add in salt and pepper. (salt need to control)
  • Add butter in a frying pan then slowly pour the beaten eggs
  • Add Karashi Bilis on eggs and fold it into two
  • Serve with hot steamed rice
 
Note: This is suitable for breakfast to start your day.
 
B.     Using Gillies Rendang
 
Gillies Macaroni

Ingredients:
  • 1 Pack of macaroni
  • ½ Pack Gillies Rendang
  • 8 Garlic, chopped
  • Small bunch of chopped fresh coriander
  • Raw brown sugar and salt to balance the flavor
  • Lemon extract
How to cook
  • Boil macaroni until cooked. Set it aside.
  • Cook the garlic (with a small amount of cooking oil-optional)  until it is light brown and pour Gillies Rendang (for about 2 minutes)
  • Add in macaroni and mix well
  • Squeeze the lemon for a zesty flavor
  • Garnish with coriander
 
C. Using AYA  Kalio

Kalio Egg Muffins

Ingredients:
  • 110g baby spinach leaves
  • ¼ pack Kalio sauce
  • 2 pcs of eggs
  • 50g mixed vegetables (Frozen)
  • 100 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
 How to prepare:
  • Mix ingredients all together
  • Fill a 6 cup muffin mold and bake in a preheated oven at 200c for 10 minutes or until the top is golden brown
