Hotel Impiana Hotel Showcases Citarasa Muhibbah Buffet For Ramadan 2022

According to Chef Tahir, the Executive Chef of the hotel, they will be serving more than 150 dishes to excite the appetite of their diners.
Some of their buffet highlights includes Daging Salai Percik, Kerabu Berulam, Satay, Udang Samabal Petai, Ikan Sambal Bajak, Kepala Ikan Asam Pedas, Daging Rendang, Ketam Masak Lemak, Kupang Bercili, Daging Masak Rose, Ayam Panggang Nasi Minyak.
Meanwhile, Mr. Fahmi, the F&B Manager of the hotel said that there will be live cooking stations around the area to assist diners with their needs. Barbecue stations will be among the highlights to ensure the freshness of their dishes, he also added.
Other expected sets would be their signature dishes such as their lamb shank (gearbox) together with their noodle stations.
Roasted lamb will also be featured as part of their menu lineup. Local deserts like kuihs, putu piring, and wajit will be available to complete their buffet dinner.
Their Citarasa Muhibbah Buffet set is priced at RM99 nett per adult and RM40 nett per child aged between 6-12 years old.
On the other hand, early-bird promotion is also available before 3rd April 2022, and Buy 5 free 1 is also part of their promotion.
