myBAS T40 Covers Between Larkin Sentral and Gelang Patah

myBAS T40 has now been seen on the road serving passengers that need the bus service between Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal and Gelang Patah Terminal.

This new bus service started its operation on 31, 2022. It is one of the routes deployed by myBAS Johor Bahru under Phase 1. 

What is the route coverage of this bus service?

From Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal

This bus service starts its operation at 6:00 AM and the last trip is at 10:00 PM. The bus interval is 40 minutes.

However, the routes may be affected by heavy jams around their routes which causes some delays in the bus operation. But nonetheless, the bus is still on time most of the time.

Bus Fare: Maximum fare at RM3.70

From Gelang Patah Bus Terminal

This bus service starts its operation at 6:00 AM and the last trip is at 10:00 PM. The bus interval is 40 minutes.

However, the routes may be affected by heavy jams around their routes which causes some delays in the bus operation. But nonetheless, the bus is still on time most of the time.

Bus Fare: Maximum fare at RM3.70

Other notes to remember:

Passengers need to inform the driver of their drop-off point air before they will ask to pay their bus fare. Most of the time, the bus needs to wait for a few more minutes as the bus drivers have to wait for the required timing to run the bus according to their system.


This bus is currently accepting cashless payments by using the ManjaLink Card. Passengers MUST tap in once they enter the bus and MUST tap out when they alight the bus. Passengers must remember that to ensure proper charging of their destination.

This bus service is also another option for those passengers who cant to connect to Singapore via the Second Link. After dropping off at Gelang Patah Bus terminal, passengers can take any Causeway Link cross-border buses that depart from here to get to Second Link.
