This year, the hotel is offering their Juadah Big Box buffet with lots and lots of local delicacies for everyone to try.

On the hot dishes side, they have Ayam Masak Lemak, Udang Goreng Kunyit, Itik Masak Lemak, Ikan Patin Gulai Tempoyak, Paru Berlada, Sambal Tumis Petai Ikan Bilis, Sambal Terung, Labu Masak Lemak Putih, Tenggiri Fish Curry, and Ladies Finger.

Part of the buffet lineup is also their all-year-round shell out with ingredients namely sliced squids, tiger prawns, flower crab, and fresh white clams.

On top of that, diners will also have a try on their fresh coconut fruit and coconut shake which are prepared on the spot.

Indeed, our buffet experience here at the hotel was really superb. There are some dishes that were really good which I can say is a recommendable one. Their shell-out was really something that I can remember among all their dishes. It was not too salty, it was just nice and the way the seafood was mixed up with the whole set was not that too spicy. 

We also enjoyed the live performance of Cherlike Acoustics which is expected to be available during their Juadah Big Box buffet this year.

This year, Fraser Place Johor Bahru showcases its Feast of Heritage or also known as Juadah Warisan Buffet in conjunction with this holy Month of Ramadan.

Moving forward, some of the food items we have checked out are their daging Palembang, Ayam Masak Merah, Lele Penyet, Ayam Percik Johor, Lamb Rogan Josh, Paru Sambal, Sambal ikan bilis with petai, and other traditional food for everyone to try.

The buffet is also included with grilled items such as sausages, kambing bakar, daging bakar, otak otak and pepes, chicken and beef satay accompanied with various condiments as well as Ketupat and nasi lemang.

In addition to this ABC station with lots and lots of available ingredients, they also have a good selection of their tea and assorted local beverages suitable during this Ramadan buffet.

As a finisher, the buffet is loaded with various selections of local and international desserts included with tropical fruits that will surely be loved by everyone.

Once in a while, going to Desaru is a good escape for those working individuals to escape the busy life in the city.  

Moving forward, we also checked out a few of their buffet selections. They have a few Kerabu Selections which were prepared freshly for everyone to try. They also have their ulam-ulaman with various condiments followed by good items placed in their gadu-gadu section. 

Meanwhile, on the Hot Dishes side, we have spotted their Sayur Goreng, Ikan Goreng Masam Manis, Udang Masak Lemak Nenas, and Ayam Masak Merah. The buffet is also included with Nasi Serai.

Local Raya cookies as well as keropok that are popular during Ramadan and Hari Raya season are also available in this buffet lineup.

In line with the Fasting Month for this year, Fraser Place Puteri Harbour is offering their Sajian Dari Dapur Ayahanda with a touch of kampung-style dishes for everyone to try.

The buffet lineup also included starters with an amazing food presentation followed by condiments of their ulam-ulaman and a few selections of their own version of local sauces which were technically prepared in-house by their F&B team.

On their Hot Dishes side, they have showcased their Ayam Masak Merah, Kari Daging Masala, Udang Bersalut Ranggup Nestum, Paru Berlado, Ikan Masam Manis, Sang Peria Goreng, Rendang Arnab Chili Padi, Chicken Pandan, Beef and Chicken satay accompanied with condiments, and Ikan Bakar Bang Wan.

We have spotted this Nasi Briyani that was mixed with various ingredients that are locally sourced out here in JB. I just like this set. 

On the local dessert side, guests can have a try on their Apam Balik which is prepared on the spot. This set is nice to match with their Teh Tarik Ayahanda where diners can see how their skillful F&B team prepared the traditional way of preparing this Teh Tarik.
