Today, we will be checking out Britz Cove. This is a bar and restaurant situated inside Residence Teluk Puteri Jalan Tanjung Puteri Harbour, Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

As we dine in here, he had the chance to mingle with Chris, the Head Chef of Britz Cove to know more about this British bar.

For this part, we only tried a bit of their own version of Korean Chicken wings, and Britz Scotched Egg. We can’t give comment to their Grilled Rye and single math butter set as it only comes to us when the set is already a bit dry and chewy due to long exposure.

Meanwhile, for the main course, we are able to check out their Fish and Chips that comes in special brew battered Atlantic cod, house chips, peas, lemon wedges and tartar sauce. 

This was said to be one of their best, but for me, I didn't fancy it maybe because of the portion that was given to us. We only tried a bit so we cant give the totality of the whole set. 

I tried it but it's unfair to me to share comments since we haven't actually tasted it while the burger is just freshly made by their culinary team.

We also tried their Chicken parmigiana that comes in Crispy panko Chicken breast, Mozzarella, Tomato and Herb sauce and basil.

This is their Catch of the Week which comes in a panfried fish of the week, Romanesco, spinach and new pots.

In terms of taste, we didn’t have the chance to try all this menu. But I guess what got my attention is their catch of the week set which comes is a very presentable way and well-cooked fish.

Anyways, it was just a nice evening having session with Mr. Chis and his F&B team for showcasing their menus in Puteri Iskandar, Johor.

Kailan ikan marin that is suitable for veggie lovers out there.

Tempura Moriawase which is actually a vegetable tempura.

Roasted Chicken with a combination of flavorful chicken soup.

Ayam Panggang Percik.

Kambing Masak Hitam that comes in a well-cooked and flavorful lamb meat.

For their salad bar section, they have a variety of fresh vegetables namely their ulam-ulaman and assorted kerabu.

Folks, other set such as Tomyam, and local delights such as Rojak as well as bubur pulut hitam, are also part of this buffet set.

Since I love durian, I make my own ABC with Durian flavor. This station has other ingredients for us to include in our own ABC set. GBW hotel also has a dedicated F&B team to assist you when making your own ABC dessert. For me, this is one of the must-try sets here if you are planning to dine in for their buffet lunch.

Hi 'me amigos and amigas' kumuesta. Folks, Heats at Cove has just recently opened highlighting various mouth-watering South American Cuisines in a fun and exciting way on how our fellow Latinos prepare food.

The cafe serves various beverages as well as Latino cocktails and mocktails that are prepared at their bar area with their handsome bartender.

On the other hand, let's check out their culinary team who are currently busy preparing our orders today.

Let’s start with their empanada. This set comes in 3 pieces of puff pastry with Mexican salsa and spicy minced chicken.

These are Chipotle Prawn Tacos, spice grilled Chicken Tacos, and Mexican Lamb Tacos.

Meanwhile, their Mexican Lamb Taco is served with roasted Lamb, vegeslaw, cheese, aji verde sauce together with pomegranate.

This is their Vege Mash-Up. It comes in broccoli with garlic, parsley, ad julienned Red Chili.

Don’t forget to try their Pollo A Ala Brasa. It actually comes with Roasted Brine Chicken with spicy Aji Verde.

Check out this Maqueca, a dish that comes with Barramundi Shrimp, mussels, and squid in thick Tangy Tomato stew served with Mexican rice.

This is their barbecue braised short ribs that come in about 500 grams. It is slow-cooked braised short ribs with smoked Rocoto sauce, roasted garlic, and tomato confit.

As a finisher, you can also enjoy some of their amazing desserts for everyone to try.

Today, we managed to visit one of the outlets of SEOUL Garden Malaysia in Johor Bahru, and let me take this opportunity to share with you this food adventure.

Anyway,  Seoul Garden is actually a leading halal–certified Korean Brand in Singapore for the past 37 years.

Other items such as plain rice with the aroma of pandan and other finger food such as potato wedges, fried meatballs, and Korean Chicken Wings are also available.

And by the way, coffee is a great way to tenderize the meat and infuse it with a delicious flavor.

In addition to this discovery, you should also try their affogato dessert which is made up of a combination of white coffee and ice cream. These items are available in all Seoul Garden outlets in Malaysia.

As a finisher, I highly recommended you try their white coffee with grass jelly which they call a Keopi Cincau. I love it and I didn't expect that this set really can combine together. 

Overall, we tried these Keopi Boss Marinate Meats and we are so satisfied with them. It's actually one of their latest flavor so perhaps if you are dining in their buffets, you should also their this.
