Things To Do In Sanrio Hello Kitty Town, Johor, Malaysia

In line with the pipeline of the Ministry of Tourism Johor for its upcoming project called Visit Johor 2020, there had been a lot of ongoing projects for this event to attract tourists to visit the wonderful places of interests in Malaysia particularly in Johor.

Should you be aiming to visit Johor Bahru for this year or for the coming years, I suggest you include Sanrio Hello Kitty Town in Malaysia to your itinerary list. This place is located in Iskandar Puteri Johor is about 20 kilometers away from the heart of Johor Bahru.

I have listed some things to do that would help you enjoy the adventures that you can do inside this indoor theme park.

HERE ARE THE THINGS TO DO IN SANRIO HELLO KITTY TOWN MALAYSIA

1. Designing Your Own Hello Kitty Cookies

This is one of the most exciting activities inside the park. We have our kids with us and they enjoyed the activity by designing their own Hello Kitty cookie and at the end of it, they will eat it.

The components of the activity actually include chocolates, colored sweets (pink),  honey, and a plain Hello Kitty face cookie.

Your little one will surely love it. My son loved it. He actually eats all the chocolate chips here which are supposed to be part of the decoration.  Anyway, the chocolates are all edible including the cookie, honey, and everything. You just need to supervise them.

2. Coloring My Own Hello Kitty Button Pin

This is considered a simple activity, but if you really sit down with your little one as he/she tries to combine all the colors, then you will definitely appreciate it.

This engagement is a commendable activity for my self and my little one as I am able to take time with them (about 30 minutes) to finish their coloring.  I sit down with them as they scribbled the template given by the staff inside the Hello Kitty Town.

Should you be having a toddler with you, you might spend more time on them to complete their artwork. Parents shall guide them so that they will have something to the treasure before the buttons will be finalized into a wonderful button pin.

3. Visiting Hello Kitty in Oz

This adventure will definitely a good short getaway as you entered a door full of mirror glass  (I don’t know how to call it) but it’s good for you to find your way out before you will be asked to try out the activities inside the oz room.

You have to let your kids play the activity. This may not be advisable for kids below 4 years old as the activity needs to be fast. So parents should be able to guide them.

I personally like this since my son was amazed by the lightings and those big mushrooms inside this room. The atmosphere inside the rooms shows as if we are inside a fairy tale story land.   My children loved it very much.

4. The Purrfect Stage

This stage is where you can witness how Hello Kitty and friends do a lot of dancing and singing and allowing the kids to enjoy dancing with them especially with a thousand bubbles coming out from the stage.

This activity definitely nailed our adventures as there is a close and personal engagement with Hello Kitty and friends to the audiences, especially for my little ones. They also have their other dancers in colorful attires that makes the whole routine fantastic.

We literary went back in the evening to witness how magical their presentations.

5. Kitty Tea Cup Ride

This ride is the only ride inside Sanrio Hello Kitty Town. The ride completes in about a few minutes but you will definitely love it.  You will sit down at the teacup of Hello Kitty with the giant Teacup at the center and the ride will be spinning around with different colors and sounds.

You can take a few times but be mindful to please give a chance to others.

6. Visiting the House of Hello Kitty

The house of Hello Kitty will be good for your little one to explore what exactly inside her house. Hello Kitty lives here together with her sister Mimmy.

You are allowed to enter her dining area, bathroom, living room, kitchen area, and bedroom. You can also see her pieces of jewelry inside her bedroom.

My kids loved her full-body-length mirror.  They were very fascinated to see their reflection in the mirror.

7. Coloring Hello Kitty Hat at the Wishful Studio

Since kids really love doing activities. They also have a session for you to do a coloring activity for Hello Kitty Hat. It will be a good engagement for you and your little one to spend a few minutes finishing the task.

This will be a good engagement for the kids. They can strengthen their own creative skills. I just let my son scribble on the hat given to him. He combined it with different colors until he finished the task.

8. Fitting Hello Kitty Costumes

This place is located inside the Wishful Studio. They have different costumes available there for you to try out.

You can let your kids wear some of those costumes available inside and to be followed by taking photos out from it.   It will be surely full of fun.

 9. Hello Kitty Activity Park

You can take this moment for your little one to play with other kids at their activity park.

It’s a small playground for them to exert their energy while you (the parents) can rest and prepare their snacks at the park’s  Cinnamon Roll café.

They have foodstuff for you and your little one. The cakes are good and tasty.

10. Photos Session

Above all these activities, don’t miss out to take photos inside the park. Remember to take a photo inside the house of Hello Kitty and other parts of Sanrio Hello Kitty Town in Malaysia.
